Private Listing and Creating Generational Wealth | Zyrene

Zyrene is on a mission to build up his family’s real estate portfolio which started in the summer of 2019 with the purchase of his 1st investment property in Peterborough.

For his second purchase he was able to take advantage of a private listing of a Peterborough property with a legal accessory apartment. This deal definitely took some time to put together, but Zyrene’s patience paid off as the deal closed in January for a great price.

He is in the middle of doing his cosmetic renovations and will have it all rented out in no time.
