I was referred to Gary Hibbert from Smart home Choice by a friend. I researched the website and listened to a few podcasts which convinced me I need to dig in this vein of possibility. When I contacted Gary and explained my situation and goals his clarity and patience reinforced my Why and How to get it done.

Gary introduced me to Christopher Hummell who answered all my questions and supplied his advice and knowledge which led me to what I thought was a piece of coal of a property but Chis recognized the diamond. I trusted his guidance. Now I am working on an investment property that is on schedule to be a great deal.
