Meet Michael! I had met Michael at another event and we hit it off from the beginning! He is an action taker and has worked diligently over the past few months to become an expert SHC Investor.

I had a chance to meet Gary a few months ago and he explained his business model of rent to own. I was impressed with his knowledge about real-estate investing and their honesty. He introduced me to his team, the mortgage specialist Darlene, the Real Estate Agent Don, their lawyer and home insurance agent….. it was a one stop shop!! I was a bit hesitant in the beginning and purchased one property to try it out. I found the whole process was very smooth -with the Smart Home Choice team backing me up from beginning to end. I now own 2 properties and the 3rd property is closing in July. Now I find buying investment properties through SHC is as simple as 1- 2- 3!
