I’ve been listening to the Real Talk With Gary podcast for over a year now and was intrigued by the possibilities of investing in real estate. We have a couple other properties but we felt we needed more guidance and expertise in the REI space so we decided to join Smart Home Choice. After attending a few webinars and events, I was introduced to Chris and the Smart Home Choice team. Chris was instrumental in the purchase of our recent investment property in Peterborough. From the get go, we learned so much about the local market and felt much more at ease that Chris was helping find our next investment. The knowledge and high touch support was exactly what we needed especially since we were entering a new market to invest in.
