Meet Ewan and Charmaine. They just recently closed on another rental property and have already started looking for another one. To simply put it, we have found it a great way to invest our money… Rent to own properties.  We did our first dealin 2011, with the help of Don who is part of the Team. We found a home, found a tenant and everything continues to go well with that property. It truly feels good that we were able to help a family down the path towards home ownership.

We just closed on our second property through a joint venture and can’t wait to start working on our third deal.
