Chris + Brooke

Chris and Brooke have been as absolute pleasure to work with. Although there were a few bumps along the way, there were many times we couldn’t stop laughing while out looking for their first investment property. He reminded me of myself (Gary) when I first started out in investing in Real Estate. He asked a ton of questions.. then acted without hesitation.

This couple is on the path to a wonderful Real Estate investing career and look forward to more fun with both Chris and Brook in years to come.

I have really enjoyed working with SHC these past few months. Gary and Darlene were a tremendous help to me and I certainly could not have navigated the murky waters of my first real estate investment deals without their tireless efforts.

I was very green when I decided to start investing in real estate… like neon fluorescent green. While two properties in my portfolio certainly doesn’t make me “experienced”, I’m more confident and better equipped to move forward. I see these first few properties as stepping stones to something bigger. Getting my foot in the door and meeting some like minded people with similar aspirations is an important first step. My family and I are enthusiastic about future deals and moving closer to achieving our goals.
