For years, I observed Christopher, Gary, and other real estate investors. I attended Smart Home Choice workshops, watched YouTube videos, and asked many questions. I knew that I wanted to become an investor, but I didn’t know HOW I would get started or when would be the right time. It seemed like a far-off dream, something that would require perfect alignment of the stars. So, I watched, planned, and began setting goals, while learning and mentally preparing myself to take the leap. I discussed my aspirations with my partner, who was very supportive, but like myself, he was challenged by the “how.” We decided that when the time was right, we would become investors together.

We’ve known Christopher for about a decade, since our children were babies attending socialization programs together.
