VLOG #20 – Beams, Ducts and Footings – Always Some Obstacle

This week we recently completed our conversion of a single family home to a legal 2 unit dwelling and received the blessing from the City of Oshawa.

During our conversion we had to overcome a few set backs with the main beam and low ducts in the basement.

I’ll give you a walk through of what the finished unit looks like and what we had to do to overcome these challenges.
