How do you know if your tenant can afford your rental property each and every month?

Great question and one of the BIGGEST concerns I had when I first got into real estate investing. I didn’t want to be sitting in the Landlord and Tenant board each month dealing with tenants because they couldn’t afford their monthly rents.

Here’s an effective and very simple formula you can use to protect yourself.
