One of the things I love about this business is seeing our investors continue to take action and create true results by following some simple rules when it comes to investing in Real Estate. No matter the market, up, down or sideways, if you follow the simple fundamentals of the game, like Debbie and Shannon have, you’ll reap the rewards.
They are currently working on a new project that requires some sweat equity in Oshawa. They are in the process of turning a single family home into a legal 2 unit dwelling. Shannon being a general contractor knows exactly what to do. This UGLY DUCK of a home will be the talk of the town in a few months. Can’t wait to see the final product!
