I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gary & Darlene immensely for creating this virtual program that walked me, a newbie, through the real estate investment business for the last six months. The pace was easily manageable especially with a 9-5 job. I like how the group sessions focused each month on a specific subject matter and I was able to dive into the homework (yes there’s homework!) with the resources provided and then have an in depth 1-on-1 review with Gary & Darlene. They helped me not only vision a life in real estate that suits my needs but also provided an understanding of the market and guided me on the numbers, an important aspect of RE Investing. I can’t thank them enough for the encouragement and kindness they have shown as I evolved from a concerned and will-I-ever-be-able-to-invest skeptic to yeah-let’s-visit-properties and crunch-the-numbers future RE investor!
