Mama Says Knock You Out
It’s been a while since I’ve last talked to you guys about what’s happening in my own personal life and behind the scenes at Smart Home Choice. I’ll make it short and sweet….
Things are incredibly busy over here at the SHC Headquarters;
- Smart Home Choice Reality T.V. is up and running
- Screening potential Rent to Own tenants
- Working with our investors to find the best deals
- Trying to figure out how to implement Property Management
- Mailing out bi-monthly newsletters to our members
- Trying to start up monthly calls for our Smart Home Choice members
- Quarterly Podcasts with Industry Experts
- And in the process of hiring a good assistant so we don’t have to stay up until 2am to get these things completed.
Fun things happening but it takes serious discipline, consistency and dedication like my brother-in-law having to train for fights. As a result of Sammy’s hard wok and dedication he was able to kick some serious butt this past weekend at the K1 Kickboxing Tournament in Pickering. I’m on the left trying to get my GRILL FACE on… I’m not sure I’m cut out for this sport so I think I’ll stick to Real Estate.
Finally… prices in Courtice and Bowmanville keep moving up and bidding wars are not ONLY in Toronto it seems. If you are not familiar with these areas, give us a call to find out more.
