We are retired, and originally the thought of becoming Real Estate Investors at this time in our lives was somewhat scary. Before we even began, the question “is it too late?” was one we often asked ourselves.

Becoming a member at Smart Home Choice really opened new doors for us…doors that we hadn’t even realized were closed. Thank you, Gary and Darlene for showing us that it is never too late to build generational wealth and never too late to learn to invest in Real Estate.

Smart Home Choice reinforced our vision of becoming educated investors and now, we are proud to say that through Smart Home Choice, we were able to get out first rental property.
