I had the pleasure of working with Quinton Cordick from the Smart Choice Team, last spring 2023, when I was looking for an investment property. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with me, answering all my questions and providing very helpful advice.

In an interesting market I had some difficulties finding the right investment and I am sure not many realtors would have had the knowledge and contacts to guide me through the process and find solutions ahead of the issues.

Quinton not only made himself available at any time but accommodated to my, sometimes, busy schedule. After the first few conversations I was very confident choosing him as my realtor and by now I have already recommended him to several of my friends and will continue to do so.
