Pan Seared Salmon – Crushed fingerling potatoes, roasted red pepper cream sauce, fresh seasonal veggies.
Stuffed Chicken Breast Medallions- Baked chicken breast with ricotta, feta, spinach and seasoned with fine herbs. Topped with a cream sauce and fresh seasonal veggies.
Braised Beef Short Ribs- Slow Cooked in tomato sauce, served over pasta with fresh seasonal veggies.
Wild Mushroom Rigatoni- Rigatoni, woodland mushrooms in a cream sauce.
