I never thought that second chances were something that would happen to us. We had struggled for the whole 10 years and it never seemed to work -that saying take 1 step forward and 10 back well that was us… until i saw a sign one day one that i drove by for a long time taking my two girls to school and said to myself i should call! My wife and I want to strongly recommend the folks at Smart Home Choice. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and rent-to-own specialists. As a master home inspector; I cannot be easily fooled by cheap cover-ups, to make a dump look like a jewel. Their homes appear to be high quality, and in excellent condition.

We can’t thank Darlene and Gary enough for the help and support they provided us in getting our home. We went back and forth trying to decide whether we wanted to try and get into this home or not for a few reasons, but just knew we were tired of throwing away money in rent with nothing to show in return. It wasn’t until the house we were renting went into foreclosure that we knew we HAD to get this house. Gary and Darlene went to bat for us and got us a great deal on the house, kept in constant contact with us and made the experience very easy and enjoyable.
