I remember talking to Gary early last year about how nervous I was to start investing in Real Estate. I had a growing family, busy schedule, with not a lot of time to spend finding good tenants and to deal with potential maintenance issues.  After we heard the rent to own strategy and how SHC would be with us every step of the way, we decided to make the leap.

We told SHC that by the end of the year we wanted to have three investment properties and with their help we achieved our goal. We’ve recently sold our first property to our rent to own tenant and are looking forward to purchasing our next property with Smart Home Choice.
