When the three of us first started out in Real Estate, our original plan was to have straight rental units but felt unsatisfied as we only saw the reward on one side….. ours. We came across the Rent To Own program and made a decision to adopt these learning’s into business practice. We acknowledged this was a great vehicle to help people that were in a situation where they could not get approved for a mortgage.
